This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities

• Analyze customer comments to identify website issues or recommend enhancements.
• Analyze user activity, website metrics and business trends.
• Research competitor websites to analyze enhancements and industry trends.
• Document small to medium-sized website enhancements.
• Work with User Experience team to develop concepts that address website usability and best practices.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements.
• Maintain documentation and perform reporting tasks. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Access and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Hardworking and enthusiastic personality with a passion for technology.
