    * Accurately enter information into database systems
    * Audit and validate data to endure data accuracy
    * Submit invoices to AP, and track as appropriateCommunications Support
    * Prepare draft decks and related materials using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and related content
    * Manage key Teams groups and document repositoriesAdministration
    * Work with multiple departments to ensure a timely and smooth transition for the execution of all projects
    * Assist with the creation and maintenance of SOP materials to include but not limited to systems training, process and procedures, and cross-functional training
    * Coordinate the distribution of materials across talent acquisition and cross functionally as needed
    * Support the TA PMO Manager related to project management of key TA Transformation workstreams Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
    • 2-3 years of experience in analyzing and reporting data (preferred)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

This position is responsible for data entry, auditing and validating data, submitting invoices to AP, and providing related administrative support in Talent Acquisition.
