for data entry, auditing and validating data, and providing
administrative support for the Analysts in Talent Acquisition. Will
also assist with the creation and maintenance of training materials
to include but not limited to systems training, process and

AP/Budget Support Accurately enter information into database
systems Audit and validate data to endure data accuracy Submit
invoices to AP, and track as appropriateCommunications Support
Prepare draft decks and related materials using PowerPoint, Word,
and Excel by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and related
content Manage key Teams groups and document
repositoriesAdministration Work with multiple departments to ensure
a timely and smooth transition for the execution of all projects
Assist with the creation and maintenance of SOP materials to
include but not limited to systems training, process and
procedures, and cross-functional training Coordinate the
distribution of materials across talent acquisition and cross
functionally as needed Support the TA PMO Manager related to
project management of key TA Transformation
workstreamsQualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
required
- 2-3 years of experience in analyzing and reporting data
(preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a
fast-paced work environment Pay Rate 15.50-16.50 per hour
