This essential position will be responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing of Baxter & Woodman clients. This position will have a high degree of interaction with clients and company staff.POSITION DUTIES:Prepare and issue client invoices in accordance with contract terms and invoicing schedulePrepare and complete special forms per clients' requestProvide monthly statements to clientsReview contracts and setup projectsProject analysis, working with project managers and assisting clientsReview and approve employee expensesBank ReconciliationOther responsibilities as assignedREQUIREMENTS:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in General Business or Accounting from an accredited university.Highly developed organizational, mathematical, analytical, time management and problem-solving skills.Exhibit a high degree of professionalism when dealing with internal and external clients.Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).Baxter & Woodman is an equal opportunity - affirmative action - M/F/Vet/Disability employer
