Base Salary $85,000 - $115,000 Annual Bonus 5%-10% Medical, Dental, Vision 401k Growth potential Hybrid work schedule Job Details We are a leading accounting firm with over 40 years of experience, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Audit Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in executing audit engagements and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our diverse client base. Responsibilities: Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion for various clients, including small family operations and large enterprises. Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff and associates, ensuring professional development and performance management. Conduct thorough financial statement audits, including evaluating internal controls and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their audit-related needs. Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients, offering practical solutions to improve financial reporting and internal controls. Collaborate with partners and other senior team members to enhance audit methodologies and firm practices. Stay current with industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide informed advice to clients. Utilize various auditing software and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy in audit processes. Prepare and review audit documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with firm standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA eligible preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit. Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and other relevant accounting and auditing standards. Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. Proficiency in auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
