Accounts Payable/Receivables Clerk ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a leading marketing organization and they are looking to add an Accounts Payable/Receivables Clerk to their growing team. Our client is rapidly growing and seeking two team members to join their growing company. Business has exceeded pre-covid levels, and is continuing to outpace. This company has such a fun culture! RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLES CLERK ROLE: The Accounts Payable Coordinator will check and approve all vouchers for payment. Prepare invoice deduction notices, review coded invoices as necessary Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files. Prepare analysis of accounts, as required. Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLES CLERK ROLE: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivables Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills At least 6 months of relevant experience Solid computer skills
