Plant Controller Our client seeks a Plant Controller to manage plant finances, analyze costs, and lead financial operations. The Plant Controller will focus on budgeting, cost analysis, and improving operational efficiency while ensuring compliance and maintaining internal controls. Analyze and update cost structures and manufacturing standards. Allocate costs to determine accurate product margins. Collaborate with plant leadership to identify cost savings and trends. Ensure financial reporting accuracy and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and company policies. Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risks. Evaluate capital expenditures and assess ROI. Lead and mentor the accounting team. Support financial analysis for projects and process changes as needed. Requirements for the Plant Controller Bachelor's degree in Accounting MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred. 6 years of manufacturing accounting experience. 3 years in a leadership role, including plant or manufacturing controllership.
