If interested, please apply or email me your resume directly at - https://apply.jobot.com/jobs/accountant/1816588439/?utm_source=CareerBuilder /> Why join us? $75,000-$95,000 base salary Health, Dental, Vision 401k PTO Job Details Scope of Responsibilities: Process payroll for employees on a weekly basis (salaried and hourly workforce) utilizing Paylocity Create and enhance payroll processing procedures to improve workflow and efficiency Maintain employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Analyze and reconcile any payroll related issues to ensure accuracy Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed Review and reconcile monthly invoices from carriers and approve for payment Fund 401(k) and Health Savings Accounts. Assist with contractor billing to ensure timely billing and collections Understand financial systems and processes (Sage 300, Paylocity, Timberline) to ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance Able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of A/P, A/R, Billing, General Ledger, reporting, audits and analysis of financial statements. Prepare and present regular financial reports Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. 3 years of experience in a financial role within a manufacturing/construction environment that includes payroll processing. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is required. Paylocity experience is a plus. Interested in hearing more?
