Payroll Specialist - Manufacturing Industry ABOUT THE COMPANY: • A fun, laid-back manufacturing company that truly values its culture • You'll have ownership of your day-to-day workload in an independent role • Flexible working hours and a strong focus on work-life balance • Strong benefits package and a collaborative, inclusive work environment • Variety in your daily tasks and long-term opportunities for growth RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST: • Enter employee data and maintain accurate payroll records in the system • Review and approve timesheets and timekeeping logs • Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely • Ensure compliance with union agreements and complete union reporting • Reconcile payroll reports and assist with month-end payroll entries PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: • Prior experience in payroll processing, especially in a manufacturing or union environment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office tools • Strong communication skills for working across departments Don't meet every single requirement?
