Job Description:

you will play a pivotal role in deepening and expanding our
relationships with clients, ensuring their banking, investment, and
financial needs are met with the utmost attention and bespoke
service. You will leverage Wintrust's reputation and your own
expertise in financial products to provide solutions and advice
tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. Build and maintain
long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial
needs and offering appropriate solutions. Advise clients on a range
of products and services including accounts, loans, investments,
and insurance. Work closely with internal teams to achieve client
satisfaction and meet bank objectives. Identify opportunities for
cross-selling and upselling financial products. Maintain up-to-date
knowledge of the industry trends and regulatory requirements Ensure
high standards of confidentiality and ethics. Strong understanding
of financial services and products Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to analyze financial situations and
provide suitable recommendations Proficiency in banking software
and tools Skill in managing relationships with both new and
existing clients Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Preferred: Certified Financial
Planner (CFP) or similar Any relevant banking certification
