door. That’s where you might come in. Orland Park Dental is looking
for an Office Manager who wants to help build something special.
We’re an amazing, growing private practice with a fun, supportive
environment, loyal patients, and a team that truly enjoys working
together. This isn’t a stuffy, corporate office—we value
personality, collaboration, and doing the right thing for both our
patients and each other. Schedule Monday & Wednesday: 8:30 AM –
6:30 PM Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Fridays as needed
What You’ll Be Doing Leading and supporting the front office and
administrative team Helping the practice grow while keeping systems
organized and efficient Overseeing scheduling, patient flow, and
daily operations Supporting team communication, accountability, and
culture Being a steady, positive presence for both the team and our
patients Who You Are A natural leader who enjoys building teams and
offices Organized, confident, and calm—even on busy days
Experienced in dental office operations (management experience is a
big plus) Someone who values relationships just as much as results

$27-$31/hour
