Manager, you’ll lead impactful projects across our North American
footprint, including our brand-new corporate headquarters. If

Responsibilities Oversee facilities projects from start to finish –
planning, budgeting, execution and follow-through. Manage vendor
relationships and negotiate contracts to keep projects on track and
on budget. Coordinate with local agencies on zoning, permitting and
compliance. Keep leadership informed with clear, timely updates on
project progress and outcomes. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's
degree. Proven experience managing commercial and residential
construction projects. 3 years supervising construction or
facilities teams; CAD knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with
building systems and trades - electrical, HVAC, plumbing, safety
systems and finish work. Available for travel to Uline’s North
