aggressive sales quotas. ???? What You’ll Do Provide excellent
customer service to existing insurance clients Assist clients with
policy questions, coverage updates, and renewals Process
endorsements, billing inquiries, and policy changes Support clients
with claims guidance and follow-up Maintain accurate client records
and documentation Work closely with the agency team to ensure a
smooth client experience ???? What We’re Looking For Active
insurance license (Property & Casualty required; Life & Health a
plus) Prior experience working in an insurance agency or
insurance-related role Strong communication and
relationship-building skills Detail-oriented with strong
organizational abilities Professional, dependable, and
client-focused ???? Compensation & Benefits Salary range:
$50,000–$70,000 , based on experience and licensing Simple IRA with
3% employer match Three weeks of paid time off throughout the year
Flexible personal time when needed No nights or weekends Health
