Thefloatprogramsupervisorisresponsible forthe daily operations
ofanAfterSchoolprogramand summer day camp.Locations may vary
throughout the year.This individual willbe responsible forfilling
invacantAfterSchool and summer day camp positions.Responsibilities
include lesson planning for children in grades K-5,
managingstaff,purchasingprogram materials, managing a monthly
budget, and ensuring program quality standards are met. This
individualis also responsible foradditionaladministrative tasksand
qualityimprovement projectsas time allows. Duties Hours Pay:
Year-round, up to$21perhour , pay is based on education and
experience 40 hoursper week, Monday throughFriday|Program hours
vary byseason andassignedlocation ? Location: This is a hybrid
position with the option to work from home or Wisconsin Youth
Company’s co-working office. Additionally, the individual
wouldworkin-personat anAfterSchoolprogram eachafternoonin
Madison,Waunakee,or Middletonduring the school year. During the
summer months, this individual wouldworkin-personeach day at a
summer day campin Madison,Verona,or Waunakee. Requirements The
Ideal Candidate: Must be21 years of age Hascompleted
college-level(or equivalent)courses in Education (early childhood,
elementary, or related) Should feel confident
managingstaffandlargegroupsof children Is flexible,adapts well to
change,and has a positive attitude Is organized and has leadership
abilities Has experience with Department ofChildrenandFamiliesstate
licensing Values relationships and has strong written and verbal
communication skills Has reliable transportation Benefits
