Title: Manufacturing EngineerLocation: Crystal Lake, ILHourly Rate: $85,000-90,000

Job Duties:

• Produce finished drawings based on customer prints
• Review and approve drawings
• Determine cost effective manufacturing processes including standard and custom cutting tools, work-holding fixtures and functional gages as required
• Coordinate with outside vendors for quote and purchase of tooling/fixtures
• Diagnose and resolve production problems and continually analyze and improve the production process
• Assist with estimating new parts and feasibility reviews as requiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 4+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Experience with CNC machining
  • Experience with 2D & 3D modeling software
  • Knowledge of metal cutting principles and practices
