client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is seeking a highly
skilled and motivated Senior Quality Engineer to join their team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring product
quality and process integrity within the production environment,
working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve
quality issues, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and
ensure compliance with industry standards and customer
requirements. This is a critical position that offers a unique

fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment. Key
Responsibilities: Lead quality initiatives to improve product
quality, reduce defects, and optimize production processes. Work
closely with cross-functional teams, including production,
engineering, and suppliers, to ensure the highest level of product
integrity. Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures to
meet customer and regulatory requirements. Utilize data analysis
tools to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for
improvement. Perform failure analysis and implement corrective and
preventive actions to address quality issues. Conduct audits and
inspections to ensure adherence to quality management systems (QMS)
and industry standards. Provide training and mentorship to junior
quality engineers and production staff on quality best practices.
Drive the implementation of new technologies and quality tools to
improve overall manufacturing processes. Support the development
and execution of product testing and validation to ensure
conformance to specifications. Collaborate with the product
development team to ensure quality considerations are integrated
into the design and development phases. Profile Bachelor's degree
in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Master's degree
preferred. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality
engineering within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), tools, and
methodologies, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, SPC, FMEA, and Six
Sigma. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the
ability to drive root cause analysis and corrective action
processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and
external suppliers. Experience with data analysis software and
quality management tools such as Minitab, Excel, or similar
programs. Knowledge of automotive industry standards, regulations,
and customer-specific requirements. Ability to manage multiple
projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Job
