Job Description:
CNC Maintenance Tech – 1st Shift $18-$25 PH Maintenance Tech
Level 1 $30-$40 PH Maintenance Tech Level 3 Job Requirements: 6
years of CNC maintenance CNC machine controls Installation,
service, and repair of CNC machines and other industrial equipment
Assist in the creation, verification, and implementation of SOP
Move, replace and calibrate machinery Diagnose and identify faulty
electrical and mechanical components Work at the component level
including spindles, bearing packs, ball screws, lubrication
systems, and proper alignment Use gages and other test instruments
to diagnose malfunctions Must have the ability to disassemble,
repair, and reassemble system components Fabricate, assemble, and
test mechanical system parts Replace fuses, light bulbs, circuit
breakers and electric switches
