Description Join our dynamic team as a MIG/TIG Welder, where you
will be responsible for welding small and large vibration machinery
and equipment. You will need to read and understand assembly
prints, pick lists, weld blueprints, and sales and shop orders.
This role also involves using an overhead and jib crane to move
pre-welded materials or finished products. This position will pay
between $22-25/hr depending on how you do on a weld test.
Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on vibration machinery
and equipment. Interpret assembly prints, weld blueprints, and shop
orders accurately. Utilize cranes to handle pre-welded materials
and finished products. Ensure quality welding in all directions,
including vertical, horizontal, and overhead. Essential Skills
Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding. Ability to read and interpret
blueprints. Strong mathematical skills, including understanding of
fractions. Experience in welding in various directions. Knowledge
of rigging and fabrication. Additional Skills & Qualifications 3
years of MIG welding experience or equivalent schooling. Experience
with heavy and custom MIG welding projects. Understanding of
assembly processes to minimize material waste. Why Work Here? We

large equipment manufacturing shop with operating hours from 5:00am
to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 5:00am to
11:00am. Standard shifts are 6:00am to 2:30pm. With the current
demand, employees are working 50-55 hours weekly, with plans to
reduce overtime through new hires. Job Type & Location This is a
Permanent position based out of Crystal Lake, Illinois. Pay and
Benefits The pay range for this position is $37440.00 -
$52000.00/yr. Benefits include competitive pay, health, dental and
life insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401(K) with company match.
They also have a HSA and FSA for employees (Benefits are attached).
