Job Description Job Description ENTRY-LEVEL MAINTENANCE TECH.- GREAT START TO A NEW CAREER POSITION – Maintenance Technician JOB LOCATION – Ixonia, WI STARTING DATE – ASAP EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct-Hire/Temp-To-Hire EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st STARTING PAY – $18/Hour BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Entry-level to 1 year This is an entry level position with potential for growth and advancement. Responsible for a variety of facility maintenance tasks including building maintenance, preventative maintenance on machines and equipment, cleaning, office janitorial duties, and other duties as assigned. Job Summary - Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance - Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to avoid unexpected downtime - Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs efficiently - Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the supervisor - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times Responsibilities ·Pump out old coolant from CNC machines Remove trapped swarf and debris from sump and channels Clean sump tank and conveyor Flush coolant system Check for leaks Refill coolant tank Check coolant filters and strainers Replace filters and strainers if necessary Operate forklift Add oil to machines Floor cleaning Office, restroom cleaning Clean up spills from machines Replace bulbs Perform basic repairs throughout the facility Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Entry-level or 1 year experience - Strong attention to detail is a must.
