Job Description Job Description TekPro Engineering is hiring experienced CNC Machinists immediately! These are direct-hire roles with a well-established precision manufacturer offering 1st and 2nd shift options , competitive pay, strong benefits, and long-term stability. The team works on tight-tolerance components in a clean, well-run shop environment with modern CNC equipment. If you have experience with CNC mills and/or lathes , blueprint reading, and holding close tolerances, I’d love to connect and share more details about the role and the company. Key Responsibilities -Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes (horizontal and vertical) -Run tight-tolerance parts in low-to-medium volume production -Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic troubleshooting -Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T -Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) -Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards -Collaborate with engineering and quality teams as needed Qualifications -2 years of CNC machining experience (milling and/or turning) -Experience with CNC setup and operation (programming is a plus, not required) -Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T -Experience holding tight tolerances -Familiarity with Haas, Mazak, DMG Mori, Okuma, Fanuc, or similar controls preferred -Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
