We are seeking HVAC Installation Professionals / Lead Installers for residential and light commercial projects. You will install and service HVAC systems including: Split systems, furnaces, air handlers, condensers, and boilers Ductwork (flex and sheet metal) Thermostats, IAQ products, and smart home devices This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism matter. Responsibilities Deliver world-class HVAC installations and test systems for proper operation and safety Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently Advise customers on maintenance, system upgrades, and service plans Install copper refrigerant lines, wire equipment, and connect gas lines properly Ensure jobs are completed on time with quality and precision Maintain company vehicle, tools, and work area Accurately complete job paperwork and take photos as needed Collaborate with team members and support company processes Qualifications Proven HVAC installation and service experience preferred; entry-level candidates welcome EPA certification required – company will pay for certification if needed Must pass a pre-employment drug test High school diploma or equivalent; technical school preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift 60 lbs and perform physically demanding work Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Team-oriented, detail-oriented, and self-motivated How We Measure Success Punctuality, reliability, and availability Quality and efficiency of work Customer satisfaction Full utilization of software and company processes Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) Why Join Us Locally owned and operated, with a trusted national brand backing Supportive, team-focused environment Opportunities for career advancement and ongoing training Chance to deliver world-class service and craftsmanship Be part of a company that values respect, integrity, and professionalism We’re actively interviewing — apply today and a member of our hiring team will follow up!
