Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers Conduct routine vehicle servicing and maintenance Use diagnostic tools to ensure vehicle functionality and longevity Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair Adhere to all company policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules Proven experience with vehicle diagnostic systems and methods Ability to handle various tools (e.g., pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g., lift) Strong problem-solving skills Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity Good communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401k ASE certification (preferred) Valid driver’s license
