Customer Service Manager - Systems Kenosha Branch 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144 Leading the way with legendary customer service - at Uline! As Systems Manager for our Customer Service department, ensure the tech tools our reps rely on are running smoothly and efficiently! Direct a team of application testers and identify opportunities for system improvements to support the exceptional experience our customers love. Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor and develop team of System Application Testers, ensuring thorough and accurate testing processes are in place.
• Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of Uline system and processes to identify and propose informed programming enhancement recommendations.
• Direct large-scale IT projects and implementations, serving as a resource for Customer Service leadership when escalation is needed on IT issues.
• Serve as a liaison for Customer Service, building and maintaining relationships with key internal business areas and third-party providers. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of management experience in operations or customer experience, including coaching, developing and motivating a team.
  • Experience with project management, IT testing methodology and systems implementations.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills. Benefits
