Manager - Procurement, Indirect Catalent, Inc. is a leading

annually. -Responsible for Procurement leadership, Sourcing and
procuring indirect services, and equipment. Work closely with the
Site Procurement Manager, the Global Procurement Organization
(GPO), Site Operations, Business Unit Leadership, and critical
stakeholders at the site and across the company. Leads site-level
initiatives for supplier management, supplier quality & supplier
performance improvement as well as supports global procurement
initiatives.This is a full-time on-site salaried position, Monday -
Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmCatalent is committed to a Patient First

Role: -
- Increase Spend under contract. Negotiates supply agreements
with vendors improving commercial conditions and service
levels.
- Ensure compliance with Procurement Policies and
Procedures.
- Partner with GPO/Finance to implement the savings process and
manage price changes.
- Drive dual sourcing and cost reduction initiatives across the
categories.
- Utilize sourcing and category management processes to develop
sourcing strategies aligned to stakeholder needs.
- Utilize tools for net cost monitoring, reporting, and
communicating procurement progress.
- Demonstrate expertise in Sourcing and Procurement tools
including RFx's, Contracting and scorecards/reports/communications,
etc.
- Develop pipeline of opportunities (savings, cash flow, growth,
other value) for the Site.
- Optimize cash by extending supplier payment terms and/or
negotiating term discounts.
- Other duties as assigned.The Candidate: -
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Operations,
Supply Chain or comparable discipline. Master's Degree is
preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 7 years of progressive procurement
experience and career advancement in procurement or comparable
function.
