continuous improvement.SUMMARYOur Account Manager - Mechanical
Contractor position is based in our Des Plaines headquarters and
are the primary contact for existing customers. Account Managers
work closely with Territory Sales Managers (outside sales) and Sr.
Account Managers to maximize customer growth through strategic and
personal customer experiences. Account Managers are the "heartbeat"
of FSI handling 500 plus customer relationships and up to
$2,200,000 in revenue. This position will be responsible for
driving customer orders, upselling and working with the sales team
to achieve revenue goals.RESPONSIBILITIESMain support for incoming
calls, focusing primarily on supporting the mechanical contractor
market.Enter will call orders on a daily basis and communicate with
warehouse operations in all of our four locationsCoordinate onsite
deliveries with customers and operations in ensure smooth delivery
Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to
mechanical contractor concerns and needsBuild and strengthen client
relationships to achieve long-term partnerships Maintain and grow
existing customer revenueReceive purchase orders on timeSupport
outside sales in customer acquisition and Sales FunnelRegularly
follow up on quotes and maintain high customer touch
frequencyUpsell and provide alternate quotes or solutionsDevelop a
thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to
better upsell and cross-sell to clientsQUALIFICATIONS2 or 4-year
degree preferred in related field or relevant work experience1-2
Years of Customer Service and/or dispatch experienceKnowledge of
customer service principles and practices.Proficiency with common
customer success and customer relationship management software,
such as Salesforce or NetSuiteProficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Excellent
communication skills (verbal and written).Initiative, stress
tolerance, and a strong will to succeed.Ability to multitask,
detail oriented, and excellent organizational skills.Strong
conflict resolution and problem solving
