Job Description:
New Grads Welcome! Hearthstone Communities is looking for an
Overnight RN/LPN to be part of our dynamic nursing team. Your
nursing duties are to provide hands-on care to residents by
administering medications, observing and monitoring residents
conditions, maintaining records and communicating with staff,
physicians and family. You will need to possess an Illinois RN/LPN
license, CPR card, and preferred experience. Low Patient Ratio
Shift Supervisor Support Competitive Wages with night differentials
