$5,000 Sign On Bonus!PAID MILEAGE -Traveling hygienist UNTIL 7/2025TFD-Crystal Lake is looking for a Full-Time OR Part-Time Licensed hygienist to join our team!Flexible schedule & Competitive PayThis would be a traveling position until 7/2025 when we move to our new location. -Traveling locations would be @ Country Club Dental Care located @ 941 Country Club Rd. Woodstock, IL, 60098 and also TFD-Crystal lake Dental located @ 781 S McHenry Ave Ste A Crystal Lake, Illinois 60014. Days can be split between the two offices. -If you are not looking for FT or traveling right now we have availability to hire at TFD-Crystal Lake for the 2 Fridays and 2 Saturdays per month. - - -TFD-Crystal Lake, is unique to the community and the patients they serve.     • Current dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
    • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
    • CPR Certification -Preferred Experience
      • Experience is preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply!
      • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
      • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
      • Clinical needs as required by office -Physical Requirements
        • Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
        • Prolonged periods sitting and standing
        • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
