The Triage Nurse provides clinically expert triage service within NNH, monitoring and responding to triage calls from the call center or walk-ins at any NNH health center.Core Competencies

Required Education or Licensure/Certification: Graduate of accredited RN or LPN program. Current Registered Nurse License issued by State of Illinois. CPR or BLS certificationSkills
    • At least 3 years of experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
    • Experience in telehealth/virtual visits
    • Must demonstrate competency for triaging patients of all ages and for the entirety of NNH's scope of outpatient clinical care.
    • Proficiency with electronic health records
    • Must demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to function as part of a highly effective team that consistently puts "Patients First."CompensationCompensation is determined based on each candidate's experience, skills, and education, within the established range for the role.
