Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med-Surg RN) provides direct and
individualized nursing care to patients based on the nursing
process and according to hospital policies and procedures. The
Med-Surg RN works collaboratively with physicians, care teams, and
other healthcare staff to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient
patient care in a fast-paced, acute care setting. Qualifications: -
Education:Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science
in Nursing (BSN) required. - Licensure:Current RN license in the
state of practice. - Certifications:BLS required; ACLS preferred or
required depending on facility. - Experience:1–2 years of acute
care or med-surg experience preferred (new grads may be considered
in some settings). - Skills:Excellent clinical, communication,
