Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Join Our Team of Psychiatrists
Our organization is guided by a highly qualified clinical leader, a
board-certified psychiatrist specializing in child, adolescent, and
adult care, who also holds an additional certification in addiction
medicine. Here, our psychiatrists have the autonomy to manage their
own practices, while our dedicated support staff alleviates
administrative burdens, allowing you to concentrate more on patient
care. We also offer flexibility in your work environment and
schedule, enabling you to determine your hours. We provide
in-network outpatient services for both children and adults dealing
with various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety,
and attention disorders. However, we do not offer intensive
outpatient or partial hospitalization programs. Our philosophy is
that addressing accessibility challenges in mental health care
starts with supporting our psychiatrists. We tackle the
difficulties faced by mental health professionals, such as
inadequate office infrastructure and the pressures of being
overworked and undercompensated in traditional settings. Our goal
is to close the gap in outpatient psychiatry by delivering
high-quality, respected medical care in a contemporary environment
equipped with modern tools. Utilizing proprietary technology
designed by psychiatrists for psychiatrists, we empower you to
treat the populations and conditions you are passionate about,
fostering a practice that is both fulfilling and intellectually
stimulating. We believe that psychiatric care should be affordable,
and we accept all major insurance plans. Our integrated practice
features a robust in-house billing and patient care coordination
team that manages administrative tasks, allowing our clinical staff
to focus on patient care. We are proud to be an equal opportunity
employer, dedicated to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and
equitable workplace. We aim to create an environment where everyone
feels a sense of belonging and purpose, learning from the unique
experiences of those around us. We encourage all qualified
individuals to apply, regardless of race, color, ancestry,
religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship,
marital or family status, disability, gender, gender identity or
expression, pregnancy or caregiver status, veteran status, or any
other legally protected status. Our organization was created by
psychiatrists for psychiatrists, offering the stability and support
of a hospital group while maintaining the independence of a private
practice. We are currently looking for fully remote board-certified
or board-eligible psychiatrists to join our expanding national
team. What We Offer Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a
market-leading base salary along with productivity-based income,

real-time. Flexible Appointment Times: You determine the
appropriate duration for patient visits, with a minimum of 60
