Job Description Pride Health is hiring for a Neurodiagnostic
Technologist II to support our client’s facility at Milwaukee, WI
53226. This is a 13 Week Contract – Potential Temp-to-Perm
opportunity. Job Summary The Neurodiagnostic Technologist II
performs a wide range of routine and advanced neurodiagnostic
procedures under limited supervision. This role supports patients
of all ages across inpatient units, outpatient clinics, and
critical care environments. The technologist is responsible for
accurate data acquisition, patient preparation, equipment
operation, and maintaining high-quality neurodiagnostic recordings
while adhering to departmental standards and patient safety
guidelines. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and advanced
Electroencephalography (EEG) studies, including long-term and
continuous monitoring. Assist with or train in additional
procedures such as EMG, Evoked Potentials (EP), NCV, autonomic
testing, intraoperative monitoring (IOM), WADA, and PET . Apply
electrodes accurately using the International 10–20 System and
ensure impedance levels meet laboratory standards. Prepare patients
by obtaining and documenting comprehensive clinical histories,
including seizure history, symptoms, and medications. Explain
procedures clearly to patients and family members, ensuring patient
comfort and cooperation. Set up, calibrate, operate, and
troubleshoot neurodiagnostic equipment and software. Identify and
eliminate artifacts; adjust controls and montages to optimize
recordings. Support Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) standards and
maintain quality EEG recordings. Assist with documentation, charge
capture, patient scheduling, and check-in processes. Maintain
patient confidentiality and comply with all regulatory, safety, and
departmental policies. Float to other sites as needed to support
operational needs. Perform additional duties as assigned by
departmental leadership. Required Qualifications High School
Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience performing EEG procedures
. BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) required within 90 days of
hire. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of experience as a
Neurodiagnostic Technologist. Graduate of an accredited
Neurodiagnostic Technology program. ABRET registration in one or
more of the following: Registered EEG Technologist (R.EEG.T.)
