You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI with opportunities for remote work. /n /n Be part of something remarkable /n /n Join the 1 hospital in Wisconsin! /n /n We are seeking a Pharmacy Coordinator to: /n /n - Lead medication safety initiatives and participate in multidisciplinary patient safety initiatives and committees. /n - Identify risks, investigate errors, and implement risk-reduction strategies; manage event reporting and perform cause analyses to mitigate immediate patient harm. /n - Analyze trends and data to drive system-level improvements; establish, monitor, and report medication safety metrics. /n - Serve as organizational resource for medication safety and regulatory readiness, including Joint Commission and CMS standards.
