Administer medications, perform epidural placements, and assist with inductions of labor. Educate and support mothers and their families before, during, and after birth. Operate delivery and monitoring equipment, and maintain detailed records. Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals. Provide postpartum care to ensure the health of mother and child. High proficiency in fetal monitoring. Ability to manage stress and make critical decisions during delivery. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detailed knowledge of birthing procedures and postpartum care. Registered Nurse (RN) license Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
