LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Manager for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel - Previous Interim Leadership experience (at least 1, ideally 2 completed assignments) [required] - NICU / Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience in a level III or IIII setting [required] - EPIC EMR experience [required] - Must have experience in mentoring leaders - Must be able to lead and display resiliency through departmental change - Time off before late April must be limited to accommodate Department's coverage needs - Travel home throughout the assignment is allowable, however must be less frequent than every weekend Shift Notes: Daytime hours. 40-hour workweek. Exempt position. Nurse Manager has 24-hour accountability for the clinical/administrative leadership of the NICU.
