Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A contract position is
available for Physical Therapists to support students ranging from
Early Childhood through 12th grade during the Extended School Year
(ESY). This assignment is based in Arlington Heights, IL, and
requires in-person attendance. Assignment Details: Location:
Arlington Heights, IL Duration: June 15, 2026 July 26, 2026
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.; on the
first and last day, hours extend until 3:15 p.m. Setting: School
environment, providing PT services across Early Childhood to
12th-grade students Multiple positions available Contract type: ESY
only In-person attendance is mandatory Qualifications: Valid
Illinois Physical Therapist license (verification required)
Experience working with school-aged children, preferably across
varied grade levels Ability to provide specialized physical therapy
services tailored to students with diverse needs Reliable
transportation and punctuality for consistent presence on-site
Awaiting Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) approval status
Responsibilities: Deliver direct physical therapy services to
students following established treatment plans Collaborate closely
with educational and therapeutic teams to support student progress
Document and report student progress in compliance with regulatory
standards Participate in scheduled meetings and trainings as
