Audiologist Location: Janesville, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,760 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Contract Audiologist Profession: Audiology Specialty: Audiologist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Licensure as an audiologist in the state of Wisconsin Certifications: Doctoral Degree in Audiology - Education Verification Required Must-Have: - State licensure as an audiologist - Doctoral Degree in Audiology Description: We are looking for a contract audiologist for our Audiology clinic. Conduct comprehensive diagnostic hearing assessments. Conduct hearing and balance evaluations for patients of all ages according to established standards. Evaluate, repair, and perform fittings on hearing aids. Perform VNG Testing. Conduct Cochlear Implant candidacy evaluations, activations, and re-mapping. Conduct follow-up evaluations for patients. Perform canalith repositioning maneuvers. Dispense FM assistive listening systems and other assistive devices. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
