Occupational Therapist Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,942 to $2,142 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working at a skilled nursing facility in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred. Prior experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Ability to manage caseloads typical for long-term and post-acute care settings preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Work Schedule: 5x8. Contract Length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week. Location Highlights Pleasant Prairie offers convenient access to regional attractions and recreational amenities.
