JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Non-Invasive Cardiologist Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Location: Munster, IN Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Schedule: Full-Time; Clinic and Hospital Coverage On-Call Expectations: Approximately 1:5 Rotational Call Start Date: Negotiable (Credentialing Timeline Approximately 90120 Days) PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE Patient Demographics: Adult and Geriatric Population Average Daily Volume / Census: Balanced Inpatient and Outpatient Volumes (Details Provided During Interview) Admissions & Rounding: Included Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Cardiovascular Disease with Opportunity to Develop Subspecialty Interests FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS Beds in Department/Unit: Multi-Hospital System with Comprehensive Cardiac Services EMR System: EPIC Fully Integrated HIMSS Stage VII Specialty Backup: Comprehensive Multidisciplinary and Subspecialty Support Across a 4-Hospital System Support Staff: Nurse Practitioner Support in Both Inpatient and Outpatient Settings Leadership & Reporting Structure: Employed Position within Established Cardiovascular Group; Reports to Medical Leadership Reason for Opening: Growth and Expansion of Cardiovascular Service Line CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE Board Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease DEA & Certifications: Active DEA and State Licensure Required Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90120 Days COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS
