This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Analyze food service performance and spending to provide insights and financial recommendations to management. Review vendor contracts and invoices and support vendor negotiations. Oversee point-of-sale systems, from setup to reporting. Monitor day-to-day café operations and identify opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 5 years of experience managing restaurant or hospitality food and beverage operations. Excellent time-management skills, and ability to multi-task.
