We are seeking DSPs/Caregivers/CNAs who will help sustain this mission and aid in our continuous efforts to be recognized as an outstanding organization. Wages Competitive starting pay of $17.00 - $20.00/hr depending on experience and education! Starting at $18.00/hr for active IL CNA license or related college degree. As a DSP in our Rolling Meadows area program, you will plan and teach recreational activities as well as activities of daily living, provide personal cares, and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities. You will perform other duties such as transporting clients, completing and maintaining accurate reports, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. As a DSP, your ability to make sound decisions while handling challenging situations will be critical to your success. Don't have any DSP, Caregiver, or CILA related experience? We provide all the classroom and on the job training needed for the right candidate! You will receive all the PAID classroom (40hours) and on the job training (80 hours) you need to be successful in this position. Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid regular Illinois driver's license with a responsible driving record
• Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong interpersonal and communication skills
