that starts with you . In this role, you’ll support Uline’s Campus
Recruiting initiatives from our robust internship program to
maintaining an early talent pipeline for our growing company!
Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for
people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Collaborate
with stakeholders to coordinate and execute recruiting events and
training sessions. Plan and coordinate Uline’s internship program,
including events and orientation. Maintain our annual campus
recruiting calendar and organize team career fair participation.
Review and report on early talent program data to support
continuous improvement and strategic decisions. Support Campus
Recruiting companywide to uphold business standards and ensure a
positive candidate experience. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources (HR), Business or a related field. 1 year
of HR or recruiting experience preferred. Travel to job fairs,
recruitment events and Uline’s North American locations as needed.
Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient in
Microsoft Office, especially Excel to create and manage
