Are you a Salesforce expert ready to take the lead on cutting-edge
multi-cloud implementations? We're seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead
who brings deep technical expertise, leadership, and a strong
passion for delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
In this role, you'll drive solution architecture, lead hands-on
development, and guide a team through the design, build, and
integration of Salesforce platforms across Sales, Service, and
Financial Cloud. You'll be instrumental in shaping the Salesforce
ecosystem and influencing our digital transformation journey-while
working with powerful tools like LWC, Mulesoft, Boomi, Apigee, and
more.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Translate complex business needs into scalable,
flexible Salesforce architectures using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
and Financial Cloud.
Development Leadership: Lead hands-on coding using Apex,
Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC); perform code
reviews and mentor junior developers.
Integration Expertise: Implement robust integrations using
Mulesoft, Boomi, Apigee, and other middleware platforms.
Communications Integration: Integrate Salesforce with platforms
like Genesys, Five9, or Twilio to enhance customer experience and
automation.
Customization: Tailor Salesforce environments through custom
objects, flows, page layouts, and automation to optimize business
workflows.
Deployment & CI/CD: Manage deployments using tools like Copado or
Salesforce DevOps Center; enforce DevOps best practices and CI/CD
pipelines.
Documentation & Support: Maintain high-quality documentation and
provide ongoing system support and enhancements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, product
owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment and
success.
Skills & Experience:
8+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development and
architecture.
Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and
Financial Services Cloud.
Recent hands-on development using Lightning Web Components (LWC) is
required.
Solid experience with API-based integrations and middleware such as
Mulesoft, Boomi, or Apigee.
Proven experience in leading design reviews, code quality
assessments, and mentoring engineering teams.
Experience integrating Salesforce with communication tools like
Genesys, Five9, or Twilio is a big plus.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and
governance frameworks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
technical field or equivalent experience.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application
Architect, Integration Architect) are highly desirable.
