Job Description:

Computer Systems Engineer Position for Advansoft International, Inc. duties and responsibilities include: Design, configure, build, implement, and maintain complex computer systems architectures to meet functional requirements Continuously monitor system performance to proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues and provide timely resolutions. Establish role-based access across multiple applications, managing user permissions and blocking unauthorized access. Perform regular hardware and software maintenance, including installing or upgrading components and applying critical security patches as per OEM guidelines. Evaluate the End of Life and End of Support systems, add them to the risk register, and track remediation efforts. Evaluate emerging technologies for cost, compatibility, portability, and usability, and implement continuous service improvement plans. Manage multi-tenant and multi-application upgrades, streamline clean-up processes, and ensure reliable backup and recovery procedures. Develop and maintain efficient system controllers and troubleshoot systems to support business continuity and IT disaster recovery plans. Collaborate across teams to optimize processes and address technical challenges throughout the system lifecycle. Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, processes and procedures. Bachelors (or foreign educ equiv) in related field &/or relev 2 years of exp req'd, depending on position.
