BENEFITS & COMPENSATION Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year PTO: 15 days year 1 vacation and Holidays Retirement: 401k Plan with a match Medical: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Flexible Spending Account Other: Life Insurance, Long and Short-Term Disability Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Company Apparel RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE BUSINESS ANALYST Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation Document business processes, functional requirements, and workflows to enhance organizational efficiency Customize and optimize ERP system and related applications Structure data across systems to enable effective reporting and decision-making Evaluate, test, and implement new products and technologies Gather requirements and document both functional and technical needs Develop and maintain dashboards and reports providing actionable insights Automate workflows to improve accuracy and streamline operations Contribute to data-driven strategies that align with business goals Identify opportunities for innovation that support scalability and growth PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE BUSINESS ANALYST Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools Experience with automation is a plus Experience with ERP systems - Accumatica, Dynamics 365, Epicor, Infor, etc. Knowledge of data modeling, query languages (DAX, SQL), or basic scripting is a plus Timing is everything.
