We are seeking a Network Engineer to support our operations! Job Overview: Steele Solutions is hiring a Network Engineer to manage and support our enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and security systems. You’ll deploy and maintain network hardware, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure, reliable connectivity. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize network solutions Monitor and troubleshoot network performance Install and support routers, switches, SD-WAN, wireless, and firewalls Enforce network security policies Collaborate with vendors and IT teams Provide training and participate in on-call rotation Occasional travel for remote support Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field 5 years’ experience with Cisco/Aruba switches, routing, wireless, SD-WAN Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Cisco CCNP or equivalent preferred Experience with VMware and Windows Server is a plus Work Environment: Office-based with occasional work on the manufacturing floor (PPE required) Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Why You’ll Love Working Here • A collaborative culture. • Opportunities to make a real impact as we grow. • Competitive pay, great benefits, and a great team • Celebrations, volunteer days, and moments that make work more than just “work.” Are You Ready to Join the SSi Team?
