on-site at our Canal Street facility , located in the historic
Menomonee River Valley. Our campus includes: A state-of-the-art
manufacturing facility On-site bakery producing best-in-class pizza
crust Robotic packaging equipment A 24-hour shipping and receiving
operation Modern office and collaboration spaces This role requires
regular shop-floor presence in hot, cold, or noisy production
environments , and may include occasional use of ladders or lifts.
What You’ll Do… In this hands-on technical role, you will help
maintain a secure, high-performing IT infrastructure that supports
a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing operation. Key responsibilities
include: Systems Administration & Infrastructure Support the
management of servers, applications, and network services to ensure
24/7 operational uptime. Deploy, monitor, update, and troubleshoot
Hyper-V virtual servers and business-critical applications.
Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policies, RDS, Intune,
and core Microsoft 365 tools. Assist with DHCP, DNS, wireless
access points, switching, and firewall-related tasks. Monitor
infrastructure health and respond to real-time alerts. Backup,
Restore, & Disaster Recovery Assist with backup administration and
restoration activities using modern data management tools. Support
annual disaster recovery planning and testing, including
Azure-based capabilities. Security Apply patches and updates to
prevent security incidents. Monitor system activity for suspicious
behavior or potential threats. Assist with incident response
procedures and security risk analysis. Support access controls, ACL
updates, and alignment with security policies. Application Support
Act as administrator/SME for key business applications such as
Korber One/HighJump, Salesforce, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Partner with team members to support additional third-party systems
as needed. Service Desk Support Provide Tier III escalation support
when complex issues arise. Participate in the after-hours on-call
rotation. Assist junior team members with troubleshooting and
project work. What You Bring… 5 years of experience as a high-level
help desk administrator or similar IT infrastructure role. BS/MS in
Computer Science, Engineering, IT—or equivalent relevant
experience. Experience with Hyper-V, Windows Server 2012, System
Center VMM, Microsoft 365 hybrid deployments, and Azure preferred.
Moderate understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs,
VPN, ACLs, wireless). Experience with any of the following a plus:
Korber One/HighJump, Bepoz, Aptean EAM, Salesforce, Intune,
Defender for Endpoint, NinjaRMM, Teams Rooms, JAMF, Soti, AirWatch,
Apple Configurator. Strong documentation, communication,
troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Ability to lift up to 50
lbs and work in hot/cold/noisy environments as needed. Ability for
infrequent travel to other site locations. Why You’ll Be
