Onsite in the West Loop LHH is hiring a Credentialing Specialist
for our client in the West Loop. This nonprofit organization is
seeking an individual with at least 2 years of Provider
Credentialing experience, who will also be assisting with
onboarding new providers. Job details, • Hiring method: Contract to
Hire / Temp to Perm • Location: Onsite in the West Loop (this is
NOT a remote position) • Hours - Monday - Friday, 8AM-430PM •
Hourly pay rate: $27-30, DOE • Benefits include medical, dental,
vision insurance, and retirement savings Responsibilities, • Manage
full provider credentialing process for onboarding to Board of
Directors approval • Run background checks (National Data Bank org
level checks) • Verify professional licensure, CPR, TB, flu,
immunizations, transcripts • Ensure all HR related onboarding forms
are completed (Schedule LS/E, fitness for duty, confidentiality) •
Track credentialing data manually until new system rolls out
Qualifications, • 2 years minimum of provider credentialing
experience • Prior experience using various portals and databases,
including NPPES and CAQH • Prior experience in onboarding
physicians and clinical staff, preferred • Must be tech savvy with
ability to learn new systems quickly, as a new tech rollout will be
approaching Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour Search managed
