Type: Full-Time Overview We are seeking an Attorney to join our
growing, commercial practice law firm. Our firm represents
individuals and businesses across a broad range of matters,
including real estate, business transactions, commercial litigation
and employment law. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated,
detail-oriented attorney who is comfortable handling matters
independently while working collaboratively in a team-oriented
environment. We are searching for a candidate who is willing to
work hard and expects to be compensated accordingly.
Responsibilities Advise and represent clients in matters involving
real estate, business law, commercial litigation and employment law
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings and other legal
instruments Manage files from initial consultation through
resolution Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and client
correspondence Appear in court, mediations, hearings, and closings
as required Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel,
and third parties Maintain compliance with applicable laws, court
rules, and ethical obligations Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.)
from an accredited, highly regarded law school Strong academic
performance Licensed and in good standing with the Indiana and
Illinois Bar. Reciprocity can be obtained after employment begins.
Relevant experience preferred, but not required for the right
candidate Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines Professional
