Description: Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Days: Monday–Thursday Position: Grinding Machine Operator OT: Fridays & Saturdays as needed REQUIRED – READ FIRST 1-2 years of previous machine operation experience REQUIRED (Robotic grinding machine experience preferred) Manufacturing or foundry experience required High school diploma or equivalent preferred What You’ll Do Operate grinding equipment to remove excess metal and defects Load, unload, and monitor grinding machines Inspect parts for quality and defects Move parts using cranes, hoists, or forklifts Follow all safety and PPE requirements Physical Requirements Stand for entire shift (8-10 hours) Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Work around heavy equipment and noise Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Long-Term and short-term disability, Life and AD&D, FSA.
