Job Description:

Position Title: Blender Operator Wage: $20/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7am-3pm Be hands-on with the food manufacturing processes. Don’t miss this role for a Blender Operator for a company in Ixonia, WI. Starting from the beginning stages, learn how you play a key role in your everyday liquid and dry foods. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Blender Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Set up and operate blenders, mixers, and other machinery to combine raw ingredients according to specified recipes - Measure and weigh ingredients accurately, following production schedules and recipes - Monitor blending processes to ensure products meet quality and consistency standards, making adjustments as necessary - Maintain accurate records of ingredient quantities, batch numbers, and production times - Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment PPE and adherence to food safety standards e.g., HACCP, GMP - Clean and sanitize blending equipment and work areas to meet regulatory and company standards - Identify and resolve issues with machinery or blending processes, coordinating with maintenance teams when necessary - Work closely with production supervisors, quality control staff, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, reporting any shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel Blender Operator Requirements: - Previous experience in food production, blending, or a similar manufacturing role preferred - Strong attention to detail, ability to follow detailed instructions, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards - Ability to lift and move heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with food safety regulations and blending machinery is a plus - Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to temperature changes, noise, and food products - Flexibility to work different shifts as needed, including nights, weekends, and overtime QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
